Freedom Martial Arts uses information shared through this website to respond to families, provide requested resources, and arrange first classes. This policy explains those website features and the information they use. For privacy questions or requests, email info@njkaratekids.com.
Information you provide
When you request a PDF guide, we collect your email address and the guide you selected. First-class forms ask for the adult or participant’s name, the student’s name when applicable, email address, phone number, preferred Studio and program, and any goals you choose to share. A booking, preferred-time request, or waitlist request also includes the selected class time. Our text-conversation form asks for your name, phone number, and selected Studio.
An adult may provide a child’s name and training interests when arranging a class. Please provide only information needed for your request. Avoid including medical records, financial information, passwords, or other sensitive details in the optional goals field. These website forms do not ask for payment card details.
How we use your information
We use submitted information to provide your requested PDF, respond to your inquiry, identify the appropriate Studio and program, manage waitlists, and create or check first-class bookings. We also keep request references and processing status to follow up on unfinished requests and reduce duplicate contacts or reservations.
The PDF is made available through a download link on the website; this feature does not email the PDF to you. The guide form discloses that your email may also be used for helpful family resources and Studio updates. To ask us to stop marketing emails, contact info@njkaratekids.com. If a marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, you can also use that link. A request to stop marketing emails is separate from communication needed to answer an inquiry or manage a booking.
Submitting the text-conversation form asks our team to text you about that inquiry. It does not give consent to unrelated marketing text messages. Text requests and guide subscriptions are separate website features.
Inquiries and confirmed bookings
Choosing “VIEW CLASS TIMES” submits your contact details as an inquiry before you select or book a time. Sending an inquiry, requesting a preferred time, or joining a waitlist does not itself reserve a class. The Studio must follow up on those requests. The online booking feature can create an appointment in Market Muscles and displays a reservation confirmation after verifying it.
A pending or uncertain result does not mean that a booking failed or was canceled. Please check the same booking through the available recovery option or contact your Studio before making another reservation. Closing the form or allowing browser recovery details to expire does not cancel an appointment.
Website visit and arrival information
During your visit, the website keeps a short list of up to eight public FMA pages you viewed, the page where you opened or completed the first-class form, and the booking button you used. When you submit a first-class inquiry or booking, that context can accompany your details so our team can understand your interests.
We may also receive limited information about how you arrived: approved campaign labels in the link you followed, or the referring website’s domain when your browser shares it. Recognized advertising-link parameters can identify a general source, such as Google or Facebook, without retaining their individual click identifiers. We do not collect external page paths or search terms through this feature, and we do not receive your browsing history from other websites.
Browser storage and recovery
These features use session storage in your browser. Visit context has a rolling 30-minute inactivity validity period; it is refreshed when you visit an eligible page or use a recognized first-class booking button. This is distinct from the pending-booking limit below.
After you submit a booking, its personal recovery details have a fixed 30-minute expiry. Checking its status does not restart that period. The website checks the deadline when reading the record, while the page is active, and when the page resumes. A suspended browser or blocked storage can delay or prevent physical cleanup.
After expiry, the website removes the personal recovery payload where browser storage permits and keeps limited references, Studio information, and status to help prevent another booking while the outcome is unresolved. A separate opaque fingerprint and booking reference also support duplicate prevention. These references are not a promise of anonymity. Online recovery may then be unavailable; your Studio can help using the displayed reference.
The 30-minute limit applies to that browser recovery copy. It does not delete submitted inquiries, confirmed bookings, Market Muscles records, or website server records. It does not apply to text still being entered in an open, unsubmitted form. Authorized website editors also use sign-in cookies and an editing-mode session setting.
Website services and stored records
The website runs through ChatGPT Sites. Its implementation uses Cloudflare D1 for website records and Cloudflare R2 for uploaded website files, such as images and PDFs. Submitted guide requests, inquiries, text requests, and bookings are saved in the website’s records. Relevant information is sent to Market Muscles for Studio contact records, notes, follow-up workflows, and appointments. If a connection is interrupted, a saved request may remain pending for retry or staff review.
Published website images and PDFs are intended for public access. Submitted contact details are handled through the website’s protected staff tools. Links to social channels, student portals, and other external websites take you to separate services with their own privacy practices.
Server records have no automatic deletion period established by the browser timer. Contact us with retention or deletion questions; we do not promise that a request will remove every record immediately or that another provider’s records follow the browser expiry period.
Security, choices, and contact
We use safeguards such as HTTPS connections and authorized staff sign-in to protect information handled by the website. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Send privacy requests to info@njkaratekids.com, including the email address or phone number used and enough detail to identify your request. Please do not email passwords or payment details. We may need to confirm your identity before providing information or making changes. We will update this page when these website practices change.
